terrible service

This is regarding a screen repair small tiny crack on the top left hand side of the screen. I took my phone to Huawei Melrose arch on the 4th of October and I still today on the 7th of November don't have the phone back when I was told it would take 2 to 14 working days and it's been over a month now. We have phone them countless times about it and they have told us that the phone is being repaired which will take 4 days for testing as well. We phoned back 4 days later when I was told that the phone hasn't even been into repaired yet so they **** to us. We have been phoning daily and daily they have been telling me that they will get back to me and they haven't bothered to phone back. I have never come across such bad customer service and the different lies I get told about the phones condition and where it is. The phone is a Huawei mate 9 IMEI ********** ********** 0
