TERRIBLE SERVICE

<p>I bought a P9 on contract on 13 June taking advantage of the Hugo Boss sunglasses promotion. I registered on the huaweip9.co.za site on the same day and got a confirmation email saying contact will be made in 48 hours. I am yet to be contacted and I made numerous posts on Twitter and Facebook as well as sending mails with no response yet. The excuse will probably turn out that I am now not one of the first 3000 people but on the 13th I am sure i would have been. If this issue is not resolved I will make sure not to do any business with them again and make sure everyone out there knows about the service you can expect from them</p>
