Terrible service

HUAWEI CORNUBIA has the WORST customer service .unfriendly staff,a manager who is never present and no one knows whats happening.my Gt4 watch has been with them for 2 months and they have just no answer for me .....seems like they don't know where it is .....they never call you back like they promise and always the same answer ,as if programmed -THE MANAGER WILL CALL YOU ..... HUAWEI CORNUBIA -I WANT MY WATCH BACK !!!!!!!!!!
