Terrible Pathetic Service by Hauwei Melrose Arch The Branch simply do not answer calls on contact numbers they provided to me: phone ********** and ********** Both these contact numbers are re-routed to Contact Centre as a result i was unable to follow-up on Quotation Thus i was forced to accept the amount quoted & pay it with no clarity provided. i paid and sent proof of payment on 2018-02-12 and only received a read response on 2018-02-20 Now after i place a call, i received reply

"Good day Kindly note that we are still waiting for the parts and will advise soon as its repaired. Hopefully soon Regards Huawei Melrose team"

7-14 days Turn Around Time will be exceeded for SLA: Service Level Agreement

I am disappointed with lack of Professionalism in this regards Huawei is causing unnecessary complaining from Clients with simple needs
