Terrible Huawei care Insurance [#***]

This is such a terrible-terrible inconsiderate insurance company that does not care for its customers. Such a waste of my time and money.

I lodged a claim for my broken phone on 18 January 2023. they told me to take my phone to Menlyn (Pretoria) repairs centre only to find that repair centre is closed. I gave them a call and they said they will send someone to collect. My phone was collected and immediately made payment (access) on 19 January 2023. They acknowledged the payment on 20 January 2023 but until to-date (28 Feb 2023) the phone has NOT 😡been repaired. They said they are waiting for spare parts to arrive. I asked for a loan phone but they say they do not loan phones😡. I am now without a phone and i get no direct response in terms of when will the phone be repaired.

It is not my fault that the spare parts are delayed, as a good company they should make provision for such things. My premiums are paid on time but when the repays needs to be done the turn around times are terrible and no help at all.
