Terrible Customer service from Huawei Cornubia

I went to the Huawei store in Cornubia as my phone is still under warranty... When I got there, an Indian lady that told me they will not be able to take the phone if theres damages, so she went to check with the repair technician and comes back and tells me that the phone needs to be in Brand New Condition for them to do a warranty claim.... The phone is in very good condition.... You cannot expect a phone purchased in 2020 to look Brand new, having a small spot at the top of the phone is not damaged... Really disappointed with Huawei and I will not be purchasing the Huawei Brand anymore.... The Huawei Y9s is terrible quality for the pop up camera not to be working.... This is not the first phone with the problem.
