Terrible Customer Service

I bought a Huawei watch last year, the battery wouldn't last, I emailed the facebook page and got told to send it to the store in Melrose which I did and they would not help me, then for them (facebook messenger) to tell me to take it back to where I bought it (by now the warranty was out). Because of the terrible customer service from your side I have received a quote to repair my watch (I could buy three watches for that price), I have emailed all the info through but no one seems to reply
