Taking very long with phone repair, no communications or time of completion (ETA)!

Booked phone in for repairs about 3 weeks ago (22 days to be exact). They said they'd let me know between 5-7 days what's happening. I received no communications except an sms to say that "The phone was booked in". My wife has been calling them twice a week and every time a new person says that the system shows the phone is still awaiting repairs. I've even been told that the wrong motherboard was ordered and had to be sent back. A new one arrived at the Joburg branch on the 4th of April, and apparently it takes about 3-4 days for technician to install. Today (9th of April) my wife called and another new person says nothing changed since last week as regards the status of the repair, and when asked when we can expect the phone to be finished, they cannot give me a time, because it depends on the technicians. What! When am I going to get my phone back?! This is pathetic, everyone shifting responsibility and no one giving me facts. Typical. I don't like your repair system here in South Africa Huawei, the service is terrible. I want my phone fixed and delivered immediately. Please get your act together, this is horrible? What am I supposed to tell friends and family about "Huawei". At this point all I can say is that they are extremely disappointing as regards service and repair turnaround and communications. Terrible!
