Taking for ever to repair a phone.

In February 2017 i bought Huawei P8 lite, on the 30th October i started experiencing problems with the phone , i couldn't receive or make any calls it keep on saying emergency calls only i swapped sim card to check if the problem was on the phone or with the sim card, i decided to take it to the Huawei store in Manlyn in Pretoria but the store was closed i went to Mall of Africa store but it was closed as well, a colleague who experienced the same thing advised me to call Huawei call center I called on the 14 November i was told that i can send my phone to some mall in Joburg i think he said Melrose arch for repair or i can opt for collect & delivery option, i decided to use collect & delivery option because i stay in Pretoria, Joburg was going to be far for me. On the 15th November my phone was collected, after a week i called to check up on my phone i was told that it will take 21 days, i waited for that 21 days i then called again i was told that the part has just arrived they busy with my phone i must expect my phone the next coming week, i called again the following week i was told the same thing that the part has just arrived and they busy with my phone when i asked when can i expect my phone the guy said some time next-week, on Monday this week i called and i was told that they received the part and they busy with it, they have been telling me same thing for 3 weeks. Its like they do not care at all about the client, i am so frustrated not having a phone for 2 months is stressing, now i regret buying this brand at the first place i should have went with other brand not this one, what a disappointment!!!!
