Support Call - MONTHS later, no feedback, resolution, nothing.

<p>I am going to try keep this short and to the point. My device was sent to Huawei for repairs after a Software upgrade bricked it. It was returned to me with a "new" mainboard (replaced with s**** parts probably) and now lacks features of an identical device I got for my girlfriend the same time I got mine.<br /><br />I have contacted Huawei's useless Support Center in Midrand more times than I can remember and I am yet to receive any helpful feedback from them other than being told to try and upgrade the software again..and again...and again...and again.. etc. etc. etc.<br /><br />I have asked for escalation details, and the "Support Agent" Lindiwe Gamede, referred me back to the Midrand Office, who up until now, has been useless. So I made it very clear that I would like the details of someone in a superior position and my request is simply ignored.<br /><br />Huawei's service was good initially, but now that they have a bit more market share, they just couldn't care less. Typical. Extremely disappointed to say the least.</p>
