Huawei service centre in Melrose Arch is the absolute worst I've come across. A bunch of unhelpful sales people and arrogant manager. I handed my cell phone in on 15 July for a screen repair. To date I have never received any feedback. Each week I call in, only to be told a different story each time. First it was ******. Then it was recovered, then lost again. Now currently no idea when my phone will be replaced. I've asked for the refund of my repair payment, and that too has been ignored. Please help me get some help! ?
