Still no refund

I bought a watch for my son for his birthday, it was a brand new watch on sale for R1899 from Huawei online store. He received it and immediately noticed that the watch was doing its own thing. I immediately contacted Huawei and informed them. I was told to return it of which they made sure it was collected promptly, now coming to my refund story after story after story. Refund email says 5 to 7 days, been told max 10 days, guess it's all passed and still no refund.

No one can assist me to awnser when I will get me refund.

Poor service considering was going to buy other stuff on website but now feel like I have been done in.
