Still bad service - No service at all!!!!

Buying the top of the range phone but no one says to you that you will not get any customer service. I have been waiting for more then a year for my E-sim and nor Huwwie or Mtn gets back to you, in the past few weeks I have left more then 7 messages for the manager at Mtn Heidelberg Mall.
