Stay Away From Huawei

I am so disappointed in the services that I received the past 2 month from Huawei (sales to claims). 28th of June I took my phone to Huawei Somerset Mall for a screen replacement ( not the correct procedure for my phone was suppose to be collected via courier and I drove 140km to drop my phone at the shop because I was told to do that by a consultant. I qualified for a 100day free screen replacement , but because of the lack of communication and I'm still waiting on a reply from a email I send on Monday to claims. No one is helpful they send you from point A , B , Z back to C and at the end of the day you still don't know what's going on in your business. I received a reply from the manager once that stated "Noted" . No pride in their work and Company. This is seriously the worst service I have every received from a Company . So yes I am basically paying for a phone that I don't have any use of , and the possibility that my phone is broken , ****** or damaged beyond repair actually did come up for when I dropped of my phone it was working 100% . 1month and 9 days no resolution.. no screen replacement... no phone...stay away from Huawei
