Spoiled 2019 by Huawei

I visited MTN Ottery on 30 January and sign up for a Huawei P20 Pro on the basis of advertised R2000.00 Zondo coupon with, also as confirmed by MTN Dealer that I would get. the coupon. I successfully registered on the Huawei website with assistance of a consultant. I have been following up trying to find out why I am not getting the coupon all what I get is unsatisfactory, unprofessional and misleading answers pillar to post both from MTN and Huawei. Got a reference number but the call centre number ********** 1 is not being answered. I feel misled and therefore request to return their phone as it did not come with what was advertised. I used to love Huawei with this incident its divorce time and considering customer scaring attitude and communication. The opposite is true for their advert saying start 2019 in style spoil yourself with Huawei. I am disappointed with Huawei all they forget bad news spread fast and tarnish their image. I still believe they is a better way they could have handled my matter and keep a smile plus customer their base.
