Shocking service from Huawei

After confirming the price for a screen replacement online and double checking the price with the call center, I arrived at Huawei Service Center Menlyn to have a very rude and unwelcoming consultant telling me she can't help me. A screen replacement for a P20 lite in black was R672 and she insisted it was R999. I contacted the whatsapp hotline and they confirmed i can go back to the store to get the replacement for R672. I arrived at the store to have them tell me that 4 of their technicians are in quarantine and I'll have to wait and come back later in the week. The client service was absolutely shocking and the store expecting me to drive back and forth is unacceptable.
