Shocking service from Huawei

On the 13th September 2019, I was due for an upgrade on my cell phone. I went to MTN and chose a Huawei Y7 phone. After two months in December the phone started to give trouble. I took it to the Huawei centre at Century City to be greeted by a staff who seemed totally disinterested in the customers. Their appearance for a large company was totally unacceptable very scruffy and no customer communication. I was told I would have to leave it for three to five days due to the backlog which they had. Its is now the 30th December, I phoned twice to be told to log on to an app on my cell phone which I did but nothing shows up. I called the centre again and they told me my phone ws ready so went off to Canal work to fetch it When I got there after a wait of about an hour and nowhere to sit I was finally told that my phone was not there. They had to sent it to Maitland where they were waiting for parts. My question is if they need new parts then the phone obviously had a fault when I got it. Please advise why I was not offered a courtesy phone especially over Xmas and also why must I now take a phone that has lasted two months and now the main board it broken. I would also like to say that they had a water dispenser there with three bottles of water when I asked for a cup they said they had run out of cups. Pick n Pay is just across the way so go buy some. Another thing I disliked was that the interactions with the customer is so bad. I asked them if they fix the phone would I lose my data and they said yes. Why must I the customer ask these questions. I am appalled at the service and attitude. This is now the 5th Huawei phone that we have had as a family. I would request that you give me a new phone as I am a SASSA pensioner unemployed and dont see why I must be treated like this. I could understand it the phone was a year old. Future customers beware of the bad service if you get a Huawei phone. My rating is the lowest
