Shocking Service and Response
<p>I called Huawei two months ago with regards to my smar****ch that i ws having a probelm with. They sent me to their Durban Serfice Centre who confirmed they dont repair smar****ches. I called Huawei again on 16 Nov and gave them all the information they required. Their knowledge of the product and subsequent repsonse to my queiry was shocking. I asked if their calls were recorded, as they were contradicting themselves. I stressed the importance of sorting this out quickly due to the wearranty expiring. Called twice with two diffrent Reference numbers.
