Shocking Customer service

<p>Huawei P8 lite. Battery swelling caused screen to crack from the inside of the phone. After 8 weeks of back and forwards between Vodacom and the repair system, we are told that the battery is covered but not the screen, even though they acknowledge battery caused the break. Vodacom do absolutely nothing to assist with escalating the producst and getting to someone at Huawei. Very disappointed in the producst and the service.</p>
