Service with a smile

<p>My son damaged his Huawei phone recently and I couldn't get anyone in Cape Town to quote on a repair. So I contacted the head office in Johannesburg and was assisted by Eric and then Roland. I received a very courteous apology for the inconvenience caused by not having a facility in Cape Town ( subsequent to this the Century City branch is now open) and Roland arranged for the phone to be collected. It was sent to Johannesburg and 3 weeks later I received it back repaired at no cost to myself. They even provided a glass screen protector.</p> <p>They offered an amazing example of what customer service can be. I sincerely wish to thank them for their excellent response. </p> <p>Vodacom could certainly learn from them. </p>
