Service not good

<p>Not happy with the service from Huawei. I gave my phone in on the 26/4/2016, the software crashed. It was still in warranty. They told me it should take 5 - 10 working days, I went the MTN store (Corporate Cellular) two weeks ago, they looked on the system to get the latest report, at the time the technician said that it had to be replaced, so the lady at MTN said they will contact me... Its more than two weeks later again and I still haven't heard anything from Huawei. Its More than a month now. That is absurd, not very good service from Huawei.</p>
