Service in-excellence

My new Hauwei cell has many problems, and some were addressed when I sibmitted it to the Servvicce Centre. They installed a new camera (not asked for) but did not correct the other errors. (See the word service & double spacing all over). When I contacted them again I was they would collect the cell onn Friday 16) I have Not seen or Heard of them & they are not taking my calls. The cell is still under guarantee. I cannot go to them, I use a wheelchair, and cannot always get someone to go there
