**** service from HUAWEI

So, I'm not a person who uses such public forums, but my latest experience with Huawei has left me frustrated and angry at the absolute USELESS service from them. My Huawei phone got damaged, and I took it into the Canal Walk Huawei service centre, and asked them to retrieve my data. They refused to help me, despite the fact that they could see that it was impossible for me to do this task as the cell phone screen was smashed. I pleased with them, but to no avail, so now I am going to loose all my data. Ironically, they offered to repair my phone (at a considerable cost) with the hope that the data on the phone would not be affected. All I can say, is STAY AWAY from Huawei - as this is no way to help cleints in need!!!
