On the 23/11/2023 I sent my Mate 20 pro for repairs, the issue was On/Off problem - Phone restarts by itself and Capacity/Charging problem - Bad battery performance.

I got my phone today 05/12/2023. The battery is good as a new one was installed however, the On/Off problem - Phone restarts by itself it's sorted.

I'm unhappy/utterly disappointed with the service received. I'm a Huawei ***** as I'm currently using Mate 50 Pro Orange 512 GB, however, with the current situation I am considering another brand. My phone was collected for repairs and payments were made however the issue that I took it for still persists. I'm a very frustrated client and if it were for me I would rate it a zero star. Huawei services failed immensely. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
