Selling lies - free insurance cover is a lie

I bought Huawei y6p tht comes with free 100 days insurance screen. My phone screen cracked within 20 days, I logged a claim both online and via email. They took more than 10 days to get back to me. And took anther 10 days to collect the phone. More than 30 days to approve for repairs. I had to ask my phone back coz I could stay for another 2 months without a phone, thy draining and would do anythng not to fix ur phone till you give up. They where even happy now that I'm taking it back so I can fix it somewhere else. These people are selling lies. Sold that phone and bought Samsung with no stories
