Screen swops

<p>I booked in my phone in at a repair shop 24 days ago. My phone fell and the screen was cracked. The repair shop said they repair it free of charge if the phone is under warrenty (as it is). Every time I phone the repair shop I get the reply that they are still awaiting stock from Hauwei. </p> <p> </p> <p>How is it possible that it can take 24 days for a screen to be delivered? Is the fault with Hauwei or the repair shop. </p>
