********** HAUWEI CARE SCREEN PROTECTOR *** Its been 6 weeks since my phone went on for repairs. It was an additional benefit for a 100 day screen change. The incompetence if the staff still amazes me. Not one person was able to give me a direct answer. Every call I've made is the same excuse. They waiting for the repair centre. After the initial fora 2 weeks, they couldn't find the phone, after a few weeks they found it, then it went for repairs which I'm still aotong to receive. I've even revived a call to say it had been repairs and still waiting a week later for delivery. I called back again and someone else tells me they waiting for spares for the phone.. I'm totally baffled by this as no one can assist. The escalation department has a good for nothing manager, whom I've left numerous messages for and haven't received 1 call to date. How long should I wait for my phone??? Most pathetic service... Don't ever make the mistake of taking a HAUWEI phone. Cheap quality!!!
