SAME MODELS OF PHONES WITH DIFFERENT FEATURES

I purchased a huawei g525 phone that has no flash light for R1999 in june 2014 at markharm retailers, my friend bought the same phone at CNA for R1600 in september 2014 with a flash light. How can same phones have different features,this is not what i expected and i find it unfair as a client,can somebody explain for me how that works????
