Rude staff

I have visited the store today around 11.00 o'clock for servicing my phone which is my third Huawei phone. There was a lady who suppose to admit clients to do store was not helpful and on top of that she's kept saying clients that the store was not able to help clients for servicing phones and did not admit anyone in. I asked about the warranty status of the phone and she did not responded myself properly and I ask her if she can quote for the repair she just told me the price. Never checked the parts whatsoever, I asked her nicely to print a quotation for me and she just said no. Previously when I was in the store for servicing my other phone, the other people checked for the parts and also gave me proper quotation. I ask the lady her name to fill a complain, she also did not reveal her name. She kept doing similar things all the people before and after me, I do understand certain things might be happening and people might be going to ng through these days but keeping store open for the sale and turning down the clients for servicing not a good practice in business perspective. I recommend everyone to think twice before purchase anything from Huawei as the services after sales is terrible. I wish I could give zero....
