Replaceing of phone

I have a Huawei p6 that i sent in for repairs due to the touch pad that did not want to work a week later the Huawei supplier in Johannesburg said they cant fix the phone so they replaced it with a new unit. A week later the speaker of the \new"phone isn't working properly. I have been in contact with the Vodacom store in Tygervalley and they said the supplier have to decide on the situation. So please inform me as to what will happen because i refuse to drive up and down to a store to book a phone in for repairs and i have the phone only 8 months and i bought the phone brand new so i do not expect a refurbished phone to be given to me."""
