Replace my phone's motherboard!!!!

Good Day

On Sunday my phone's battery died, when I tried to charge it...it kept showing the hauwei sign vibrating then switching off. It just carried on doing this the whole day.

On Monday I took off the body glove trying to reboot it and I dropped it. Which is why it had the little chip on the screen.

I took the phone to incredible connection and was informed that my phone was still u see warranty and if they can see that the screen crack is not the reason why it's not working, it would be fixed. Which for me it is not the reason as it literally stopped working the day before it cracked, I can even take a lie detector test to prove it. The tech guy then informed me that it would take from 10-14 business days.

I then asked around and was advised by my friend that if I take it to the hauwei repair centre in Melrose it should be quicker. When I came to the store the lady who was assisting me was very disrespectful as her and the hostess decides to argue in front of me about lunches....I'm sure there are cameras and it's quite evident. After they decided to respect me as a customer, I explained to the lady the problem with my phone. She then told me I would also be quoted on the screen as well. I then told her the screen has nothing to do with the phone as the screen cracked a day after. She then informed me that if they find there is no connection between what is wrong with the phone and the screen, it will be my choice if I want to fix the screen. She even went further to the me that there is a special running for the screen and i would only pay around R600. I declined again and told her no I just need them to check the phone.

Today I got a call from a lady at Hauweii informing me that the motherboard needs to be replaced. Then she quoted me on the screen for R1050. I then explained I do not have the money to fix the screen at the moment. I even explained again that the phone stopped working before the screen cracked. Then she said yes the motherboard has nothing to do with the screen and I should fetch my phone before Friday. We even discussed the back up and I explained that it's fine as some things I do have on my cloud.

Not even 5 minutes later I get a call that the crack on the screen voids my warranty and they will not be able to fix half the phone as I might have problems in future. I explained to her I just want my phone, I'll deal with the problems later if they occur. Then she tells me the manager says they cant fix my phone without fixing the screen.

I explained to you all my interctions with the people who work or represent hauwei and nobody explained what you were saying to me.

THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE MOTHERBOARD....FIX MY PHONE. OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. THAT CRACK HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE CHEAP MOTHERBOARDS YOU USE TO MAKE YOUR PHONES AND YOU KNOW IT. THE LADY WHO BOOKED IN MY PHONE CAN PAY FOR THE SCREEN FOR HER LIES.

PROVE TO ME THAT THE SCREEN THAT CRACKED A DAY AFTER YOUR PHONE STOPPED WORKING, IS THE REASON WHY YOUR MOTHERBOARD IS NOT WORKING.

I will post this everywhere so people can think twice before buying your phones.
