repares

i have a Huawei P6 i am struggling to get my phone to be repaired i take the phone to vodacare for repairs and they told me that they can only replays it for R4000 which i am ready to pay because i want the phone to be repaired it looks like they don't have repair center as they don't want to fix my phone now the phone has the software issue it just say Android and they cant fix it. now i am stuck with the phone that not working.
