Repairs

I took my phone for repairs on the 01 July in menlyn, up until today I am still waiting. I called several times and they told me about their policy of 2 to 7 days, that has passed and I am yet to receive an update on my phone. I called on Friday and was told my matter will be escalated and they will revert back to me with no luck, mind you I have already paid otherwise I would have sorted myself out some other ways.
