Repair to phone

I have a cellphone contract with mtn, however my phone gave me lots of problems so i send it in to be repaired, on the 23th of April, today its the 25th of June and still no phone. The only person even making an effort to follow up and help me is Clifton from mtn, not sure where problem is laying with but its been 9 weeks and no one can tell me when im getting my phone and then i have to find ways to borrow a phone. This is unacceptable! Mtn says they waiting on Huawei to replace my phone, im tired of waiting
