Repair of Huawei Phone

I handed my phone in at the Hauawei Service Centre Melrose Arch on the 12th of August 2017. It is more than 2 months and the phone is not repaired. After how many phone calls to the repair centre I don't get any feedback on what is happing with my phone. You don't get any feedback or service from them. I really don't know what to do anymore to get my phone back.
