Refund not received

I ordered a phone on the Huawei website on the 28th of September. My order was cancelled by the Huawei system due to my bank not transacting on a weekend, but only on weekdays. Therefore my payment went through to their bank on the 2nd or 1st of October as stipulated and confirmed by my bank. I have tried to get my refund from Huawei, but they keep stating that they never received the amount into their account. I have sent them my proof of payment, but still they refuse to give me back my money.
