receptionist deciding on what service to be done

Took my Honor phone to service center to change the battery. Receptionist decided that to replace the battery the cpu had to be replaced. Absolutely *********** staff. Next flight I took the phone to Huawei service in Kuala Lumpur where battery was changed for about R350. There are light years between Africa and Asia I guess
