R3 900 payment needed for less than a year old Huawei P8 Lite phone: Rip-off by Huawei Tech

REF: IMEI ********** ********** 3 I bought the Huawei P8 lite in September 2016 through Mondo of Telkom. I was very happy with phone and bragged to my friends and colleagues. I even enquired about getting a P10 plus because I was pleased with the Huawei P8 Lite. Just when I was about finishing a year wth my P8 lite on the 28 Aug 2017 it started to give problems. The problem is No Wifi, Bluetooth and Radio capabilities working on my phone. I went to Huawei Canal Walk branch and they booked my phone in and told me about 21 days waiting period. My phone once fell and cracked at the bottom - due to that I was told that my warranty is void even if is is still within the one-year warranty period. I am prepared to pay for the screen but can't pay for Huawei product that gives everyone a problem (main board of the phone). No one phoned me I went to check my phone at the store, my phone was laying there for a week and it is not repaired. It was couried to JHB and back and not repaired. I asked the lady and was pulling shoulders for me( indicating that she does not know). Upon further interrogation she said it is because I did not pay R3 900 for the repairs. No email I received and where must I get that amount having a new phone ( less than a year old). If Huawei technologies does business with South African customers then they are ripping us off! I left my phone there as I cannot do anything with the phone not repaired. If Huawei knows their phone have that major problem why don't they recall the phone - the answer they want to rip -off poor South African of their last cent. Telkom (carrier), Mondo(service provider) and HUAWEI TECHNOLOGIES (product manufacturer) MUST GET MY PHONE WORKING PLEASE before this issue gets out of hand.

I have received no response from Huawei Technologies till now... this is really when you see a company is not interested in rendering the service to customers but just after their money robbing them in broad daylight. Huawei technologies descended from Taiwan to rob South Africans who are poor.. how can I pay R3900 for my phone to be fixed while the phone doesn't have a year when it was booked in.
