Quick for new business But TERRIBLE with service and repairs

About two months ago I visited the Huawei store, shop 96, in Canal Walk to look for a strap replacement for my Huawei TalkBand B2 and was told by a rude lady Jacky Van White that the store does not deal with watch repairs. I was shocked since this is the only sales and repair store in the Western Cape. I then disappointedly and frustratedly left the store because I could see by her attitude that she was not willing to help.

After still feeling confused, I decided to give Huawei South Africa a call to confirm if what Jacky told me was true. The Call Centre Agent told me that I should go to my service provider (Telkom) as I took out the contract with them. I went to Telkom and explained my story and then a Huawei representative who was present in the Telkom store referred me back to the Huawei Canal Walk store.

I got really upset after I was referred back to the Huawei store. On the 25th March 2017 before I returned back to the Huawei store I first phoned the Huawei SA Contact Centre again to confirm if the store does all types of repairs (cell phones, watches etc.) to which Karmanelo from the Call Centre confirmed that the store definitely does (Ref number: ********** 0).

I then went back to the Store and spoke to Shanice that was willing to help and said that she will speak to her manager. After speaking to her manager that was not present in the store, Shanice said that I must leave my details with her and they will look for a strap piece for me. I was told that I will be contacted within 2 weeks. It is now the 23/04/2017, almost a month later, and I've heard no response from anybody.

All I want is a new strap piece or full strap. Is that so DIFFICULT!!!!
