POOREST SERVICE FROM HUAWEI MENLYN

On Sunday i took my son 's phone to Huawei in Menlyn for an LCD repair, i was told it will be ready by wednesday, i didnt receive any communication from them on the day however on Thursday i received an SMS that says, Your product is ready for collection please bring the receipt to collect it. I then later received a call from a lady called FELECIA who said the phone is ready fro collection however the Mian Board is also damaged, she told me the additional amount was over R400, i agreed, i asked her how long will it take for them to finish fixing the phone, the lady said she will ask the technician, i guess she did cause later she called me to tell me that the main board they have, has 2 sim cards, that part i was not aware of, i sent my brother and my son to go to Huawei to verify if they are fixing the correct devise , only to receive a cll from my son that they want the money first, i asked to talk to FELECIA and i was told she went to the bathroom, i then spoke to another lady who just told me they want the money first, i invested so much time till today i receive an sms to collect a phne that is not even touched, my son called me and told me the LCD was not even changed, i just asked him to ask for a refund and take the phone elsewhere......What a service
