Poor service management at Cornubia mall Durbs

Hi iv paid full R5500 for my Huawei p30 lite from Huawei Store Cornubia mall in Durban South Africa

Bought the phn on 23rd June 2020 Phn was brand new no network

Took the phn back next day 24th June 2020 to sort it A day waisted for business for me coz I'm from Stanger! Manager Viren said they will send for repairs I need to w8 for 3 to 4 days I refused coz I needed phn for business

He managed to get it repaired in 2hours He did mention its factory fault

Told him I don't want the phn coz it's factory fault So I told him to have my money ready for pick up since they had no money instore

I called him 26th June 2020 to tell him il fetch money on Monday 29th He said no the managed to order a new phn ND asked me to call them on Tuesday I said u as manager supposed to call me back!

So Tuesday morning I called they had phn so on Tuesday 30th June 2020 I go to store I had to close doors of my business again to sort this

Manager gives an Indian girl from store to help me I was more disappointed then ever!!!!!

The new phn box had no plastic cover box was dirty It had sticker on box written checked RTC I asked her if it's new she said yes I asked were is the plastic from the box if it's new She said no they had to open ND check if it was working

I didn't Wana fight coz I already had a very bad headache I can take out Pic of the box ND it has sticker on box with pen writting

Plz sort my issues The manager has no idea of customer service ever

I'm unhappy as this is now Sum1 else's repaired phn they gave to me
