The huawei repair process is such a waste of time and an inconvenience to the consumer. They are more than happy to take your money first, then give you all the warnings after.

Oh and refunds? Takes 2 days.

Device was taken in for a battery replacement to take advantage of the R200 battery replacement promotion. Huawei found a hairline crack in screen and then refused to replace the battery, on the grounds that either we pay and they fix all damage, or we could leave.
