Poor Service Huawei Store Menlyn

Good day

I write this review with an angry face because of the service which is not forthcoming from your Huawei store in menlyn.I called the store some 4weeks ago to order the sim tray for the Huawei MediaPad t10s and I was told the deliver will happen in 7days.I have been counting the store to check each week to see if the simtray has arrived,till today the 3rd April 2024 iam yet to receive this simtray.The tablet is used by my daughter for her school work and Huawei is rather working against me.Last time I spoke to a lady called Amelia who promised she would follow up and keep me posted,instead it’s me who has to each week still follow up.I a sure the level of your service can be improved from here because wow

I am now regretting buying this brand as there is no after service at all,perhaps switching to Samsung would be the best decision
