POOR SERVICE! HUAWEI IS A *******!!

Absolutely shocking service from the Huawei service centre in Melrose Arch. I handed in my device on the 9th September 2021. They called me on the 10th September to say my device has a crack on the back. Thankfully I took pictures of the front and back before handing it in. No cracks, only a small scratch due to the cover on the back. Friday I advised them to proceed with the repair, which was already paid for by the way. Now I get a call a week later to ask if they should repair it and charge for the back cover? What BullS%&t is this? Not to mention I was charged R615 for the repair when Huawei was running a promotion at R299 until 15th September? Huawei is a *******!! Now I escalated and get told the manager is on leave until next week!! POOR SERVICE IF ANYTHING!! Huawei is a *******!! If I could put a half a star or no stars at all I would do so. Lets see if anyone decides to actually call back to resolve!!!
