Poor service from Somerset West mall

I went to Huawei Somerset mall seeing an adverti*****t in the door stating that they make personalized phone covers. I went in asking how it works to the one sales lady on the floor "i am sorry i dont know about this as i am new please speak to the manager" ok i went to her. Asking if she can tell me more about the adverti*****t. "We dont do that here" me:your advertising it in your door then you should not advertise it its **** adverti*****t. "No we cant it attracts clients" are you for real. Im so disappointed in Huawei service in Somerset West mall
