Poor service from Huawei Repairs

I physically went to the Huawei repair centre in Canal Walk, booked my phone in and 8 days later had still heard nothing. My partner physically went to them to see what the problem was and they just said "the email keeps bouncing back" This was the quote. We tessted my emails while he was there and all was fine. He then sent me their quote. I received it immediately and paid the quote price. Now a further 7 days later I have still heard nothing. I have called 3 numbers to try get service!!! To no avail. Branch Number *** Just rings. Call Centre *** No answer. WhatsApp Number *** just rings. When trying to chedk the status of my repair on HiCare, it will not recognise the verification code in spite of it being 100% correct. What does one do???
