Poor service from Huawei care insurance

Had an incident reported on the 24th of June 2020, I called them and submitted what was needed they just went silent I then called again after few days then they checked and confirm that they did receive all the documents and was told an assessor will contact me, Guess what I'm still waiting today is the 7th of September nothing has happened no calls nothing. And try calling Huawei care they just don't Care they are the worst I've ever used.
