POOR SERVICE.

Today I went to Springs Mall's Huawei shop to get my Huawei band 7's straps fixed. The guy that helped us, he is so lazy and rude. We went to him, not he to us, then asked if they have these straps. He rudely said yes they have for R600. Which is madness!

I went there before and it was then R200.

He rudely said he is not lying about the price and gestured to some straps on display. He didn't even stood up to show. Worst of all, there aren't any prices on the strap's boxes.

On TakeAlot, they sell the exact same straps and looks even more beautiful than what they have for R200.
