Poor Service

Very poor service from Huawei care I have been waiting for my claim for more than a month, I am very dissapointed and it has a very negative effect in my social and in my work life even so that i missed a big opportunity that should have changed my life.

Whats the point of having an insurance if it is going to take forever for a claim to be processed?
