Poor service delivery pathetic service for a huge company

So I have a Huawei router which is manufactured by them but the support for the unit is like non existent I have sent numerous emails and tried live chat as well but nobody has been able to help neither has anyone contacted me as it would be easier that way and their customer service and knowledge on the product they manufacture and supply to their clients. So really disappointing that they are unable to assist me regarding the matter. The model detail is Huawei B2368-66 tried different departments and I don't understand not even the enterprise department can help but it's a product from that department. To me this don't make sense there should be someone that know and can assist with the product its gone a month or more than no help from any departments of Huawei Support
